Email fastapps383@gmail.com. Please include the Support ID from Puri settings, the app version and a short description of what happened.
Photo access
Open iOS Settings → Apps → Puri → Photos to review access. Puri cannot analyse items outside the access granted by the user.
Purchases
After public release, use Restore Purchases inside Puri for an existing entitlement. Apple ID → Subscriptions is the authoritative place to manage or cancel a subscription.
Safety
Review all proposed deletions and keep a backup of important media. Recently Deleted can provide a recovery window controlled by Apple, but it should not replace a backup plan.
